During tough economic times, music plays an especially vital role. Yet it’s often the artists that are hit the hardest, and unable to afford continuing their craft. What great songs might we miss due to the economic downturn? Let’s not find out.
We’re calling on our community to help. If you’ve got the ability to support our artist community survive this time so that their music may thrive, we invite you pay it forward with gift sessions.
Once MAPS opens back up, your artist will be able to use gift session credit toward studio time (engineer/producer not included, see FAQ’s.) Your effort & generosity is an important force in a community that wasn’t well served during by government COVID assistance.
You’ll also get a free, limited edition MAPS t-shirt as a token of our appreciation and a symbol to others that you support Orange County music!
FAQS
How many songs can be recorded within this timeframe?
There are many variables that make it nearly impossible to predict how many songs can be recorded within the selected timeframe. It depends upon production style, genre, performance readiness, number of instruments, number of takes, etc.
Depending on your preference, we can either tailor the project to be completed within your selected timeframe...or apply the gift certificate amount toward the best possible recording. If the latter, additional studio time may be purchased for $25/hr.
WHY MAPS?
Does this include a producer or engineer? Who?
This offer is strictly studio time and does not include pricing for our producers.
However, MAPS has several producers on our roster and we are more than happy to suggest the best producer for the project at hand. Alternatively, if the artist would like to bring their own producer, we can accommodate this at no extra charge.
Is this refundable?
We'll refund the full amount upon request within 24 hours of purchase, after which no refund is available.
Does this gift expire?
The gift sessions are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
